About YuzuCalc
YuzuCalc is a small, independent publisher of free personal finance calculators for people in the United States. Our goal is simple: help you understand what a wage, salary or loan really means for your budget, with numbers you can check yourself.
What we build
We start with the questions people ask most when looking at a job offer or a paycheck — how much an hourly wage is per year, what a salary works out to per hour, and how much you keep after taxes. We are expanding to state-by-state take-home pay, loan payments and other everyday money calculators.
How we keep the numbers accurate
- Tax figures come directly from primary sources such as IRS revenue procedures, the Social Security Administration and state revenue departments.
- Every page states its assumptions (for example, 40 hours a week and 52 paid weeks) and shows the formula behind the result.
- We review tax data at least once a year when new inflation adjustments are published, and show the review date on every page.
